Car Won’t Start?

We operate around the clock and our vans carry the common DIN, NS and D23 sizes on board, including AGM and EFB for stop-start cars, so most Kellyville callouts are attended and completed on the same visit. Ring 1300 232 173 with your location and we will give you an honest arrival window before you commit — day or night, weekends and public holidays included.

Often just flat. A car left for a few weeks with an alarm, tracker, dashcam or keyless entry system on it will drain a healthy battery, and a proper charge brings it back.

A battery that has sat flat for months, or that will not hold a charge after one, usually has sulphated plates and needs replacing. We test it before we sell you anything, so you find out which one it is before you pay for a battery.

Always, and it is free. We measure the battery's voltage and cranking performance, then test the alternator and charging system with the engine running, plus a parasitic drain test for alarms, trackers, dashcams and accessories. A flat battery is often a symptom rather than the fault, so if the battery is healthy and something else is draining it, we tell you — you only pay for a battery if you actually need one.

Common Australian car battery sizes are the NS series (NS40, NS60, NS70), the DIN series (DIN44, DIN55, DIN65, DIN75, DIN80), the European LN sizes (LN2, LN3, LN4) and the Japanese D23 types such as 55D23 and 75D23, plus AGM and EFB. The right one depends on your make, model, engine and terminal layout — and if the car has stop-start it must be AGM or EFB, never a standard battery. Use our battery finder, or send your rego through the enquiry form and we will confirm the correct fitment.

Yes. Basement car parks, gated complexes, office car parks, driveways and the roadside are everyday work for us, right across Kellyville and the Sydney metropolitan area, 24 hours a day. Tell us the access when you call, meet us at the gate or leave a fob with the concierge. Nothing has to be towed anywhere — we test on site, fit on site, and take your old battery away for recycling.

Yes — 24/7 commercial support is a core part of what we do. For company cars, rental fleets, dealerships and rideshare drivers that covers scheduled battery testing so a flat battery never costs a day, bulk replacement across a whole fleet in one visit, priority emergency callout and account terms. Tell us how many cars in the enquiry form and we will put together commercial pricing.

It depends on the battery size your car needs — a stop-start AGM costs more than a standard type — and where we are coming to. We quote per job rather than publish a price that may not match your car — free, no obligation, and confirmed before we start. Installation is always included at no charge.

Every battery carries a nationwide manufacturer warranty, so one fitted in Kellyville is still covered if it fails interstate. The exact term depends on the battery you choose — premium AGM and EFB usually carry longer than a standard type — and we tell you the term before you buy.

Yes. We remove and recycle your old battery free of charge. Lead-acid batteries should never go in general waste — the lead, plastic and acid are all recoverable, and recycling keeps them out of landfill.
