Roadside battery replacement may not be available if the location is more than 20km from a Battery Brothers store. The cost of the replacement battery and delivery will be quoted in advance. Battery Brothers strives to provide and fit replacement batteries in compliance with vehicle manufacturer requirements. If a suitable battery is unavailable, a temporary battery may be installed.
The free battery fitting service is available for car batteries purchased from Battery Brothers during business hours and only at participating stores. Please be aware that certain vehicles may not be eligible for free fitting, or additional fees may apply. For specific details, please contact your local Battery Brothers store. Battery Brothers offers free battery testing and health checks in-store during business hours only. This service is available for automotive and marine batteries. Please note, some vehicles may not be eligible for testing and health checks, or additional fees may apply.
Battery Brothers will make reasonable efforts to contact customers to collect their goods, whether purchased online, in-store, on behalf of another customer, or following repairs. However, if a customer cannot be contacted after 6 months, the goods will be either disposed of or, if still saleable, returned to stock.
