Invicta Hybrid Starter batteries are a dual-purpose starting and deep-cycle lithium solution that can withstand high-heat environments due to their heat-resistant technology. Utilising premium A123 pouch cells used by Mercedes and BMW, it can output up to 1600CCA depending on the product. As an added feature, a backup Jump Start function has been added so users can be confident that they will be able to run their 12V accessories without sacrificing starting ability.
These particular pouch cells have been specifically selected due to their inherent ability to be discharged and charged at a high rate. This gives installers flexibility as it can be charged directly from the applications alternator. The SNLMAX is so powerful it can even power a 4WD winch.
Heat Resistant Technology
To reduce the impact of heat on the internals, the battery utilises a specially designed thermal protection layer. This ensures that the internal temperature of the battery is much cooler than the external temperature. Allowing it to withstand higher temperatures compared to other lithium batteries, especially when placed under bonnet.
Invicta Hybrid Bluetooth Monitoring
Bluetooth monitoring is available on all Invicta Hybrid Starter models. Available for free on Google Play and the Apple App Store it allows users to view critical information and activate the Jump Start feature when needed.
Charge And Discharge Flexibility
Lithium pouch cells are the cell type of choice for the hybrid starter range due to their inherent ability to discharge at a high-rate and charging flexibility. This allows the battery to be charged directly from the vehicle alternator or used as a starting battery that requires high Cold Cranking Amps.
